Argiolas Korem is an elegant Sardinian red wine, primarily produced from Bovale grapes, perfectly expressing the intense and Mediterranean character of Sardinia. Aging in barriques gives the wine greater structure, smoothness, and complexity.
Intense ruby red in color, it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, myrtle, and delicate toasted and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is warm, full, and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish.
It is particularly recommended for pairing with red meats, roasts, game, and porceddu, but also pairs well with pasta dishes with meat sauces, cured meats, and aged Sardinian cheeses.
