Every S’Isula order is prepared with care: protective packaging, quality control before shipping, and timely management of delivery information. On this page, you will find everything you need to know about times, costs, tracking, and delivery management.

Shipping areas
Shipping in Italy
Deliveries are made throughout Italy, including islands, except for temporary exceptions related to unserved areas or logistical limitations.
International shipping
We also ship abroad. Costs and times vary based on destination, weight/volume, and type of items.
If a destination is not available during checkout, you can contact us: we will evaluate feasibility and provide you with a tailored proposal (costs, timing, and delivery methods).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly shown before order confirmation (checkout). They may vary based on:
- destination,
- weight/volume,
- type of items (e.g., fragile ceramics,
- gift boxes, food products),
- any additional services (e.g., cash on delivery).
We do not indicate a fixed threshold for shipping promotions here, as it may vary over time or be linked to specific initiatives.
Order processing and preparation times
Every order is prepared after payment confirmation (except for cash on delivery).
Standard orders
On average, preparation takes 1–3 business days.
Custom products and baskets
For custom products/baskets, preparation can take 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and the availability of components.
High season periods
During periods such as Christmas, Easter, Epiphany, and special promotions, times may be longer. In these cases, we will communicate any updates via email.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service.
Approximate indications:
Italy (main centers): 2–4 business days
Islands / remote areas: 3–6 business days
Abroad: times vary based on destination and local procedures
Times run from the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service.
Shipment tracking
When available, we send via email:
- tracking number,
- tracking link,
- any useful operational information for delivery.
If you do not receive the tracking email within 24–48 hours of shipping confirmation, contact us: we will check immediately.
Delivery: what to check when the package arrives
To protect the Customer and quickly manage any unforeseen events, we recommend always checking:
- packaging integrity (holes, cuts, crushing),
number of packages, - any signs of tampering.
If the package is damaged or tampered with
We recommend that you:
- accept with reservation (if possible) or refuse the package if the damage is obvious;
- take photos of the packaging and, if possible, the contents;
- contact us within 48 hours of delivery, indicating the order number and attaching photos.
We will handle the situation quickly and collaboratively, evaluating the best solution (replacement, refund, etc.) based on the case.
Failed delivery, storage, and incorrect address
If delivery is unsuccessful (recipient absent, incomplete address, unable to contact), a storage procedure may be started. In these cases:
- a new delivery attempt may be made,
- actions to release the package may be required (e.g., address confirmation),
- any additional costs (storage, redelivery) may be requested by the delivery service.
To avoid problems, always check:
- correct street number,
- staircase/apartment number,
- ZIP code,
- updated phone number.
Shipping and fragile products / gift boxes
Many S’Isula products (e.g., ceramics) are fragile and require specific packaging. We use protective packaging, but transport remains a delicate phase.
For gift boxes and baskets, the packaging is designed to preserve the contents and present them appropriately.
