Aged in French oak barrique and then in bottle, it stands out for its intense ruby red color and a rich bouquet of blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, myrtle, leather and licorice aromas.
On the palate it is full-bodied, velvety and structured, with elegant tannins and a long aromatic persistence.
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
Pairings: ideal with hearty red meat dishes, game, wild boar, roast suckling pig, traditional Sardinian roasts and aged pecorino cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C to enhance its aromas and structure.
