Prickly Pear Liqueur 50 cl Bresca Dorada

Traditional Sardinian liqueur made from alcoholic infusion of the ripest prickly pears, with added water, sugar and honey. With a warm and brilliant color, it offers a delicate and enveloping aroma with hints of prickly pear, almond and Moscato grape; on the palate it is soft, sweet and aromatic, with a pleasant persistence. Alcohol content: 25% vol. Recommended pairings: Served cold as a digestif after meals. Excellent with Sardinian almond sweets, amaretti, pardulas and dry pastries. Ideal with chocolate, vanilla or cream ice cream and fruit salads. Also to be enjoyed neat as a meditation liqueur. Recommended serving temperature: 4–8 °C.
