The 6 Mura Rosso from Cantina Giba is a Carignano del Sulcis Riserva DOC red wine, produced with 100% Carignano grapes from old bush-trained vineyards in the Sulcis region.
It's a wine of great structure and concentration, with a deep, dark ruby red color and intense aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, and Mediterranean notes.
On the palate it's elegant, full-bodied, and persistent, with harmonious tannins and excellent aging potential. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months and then in bottle.
Alcohol content: approximately 14.5% vol.
Pairings: ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, wild boar, braised dishes, pasta with rich sauces, Sardinian cured meats, and aged cheeses.
We recommend serving it at approximately 18°C to enhance its structure and complexity.
