Nonno Elogu Barrique Brandy 50 cl Cherchi

Grappa Nonnu Elogu from Cantina Cherchi is a Sardinian grape marc spirit obtained from the distillation of Cagnulari and Cannonau pomace. The amber version ages for about 10-12 months in barrels of different woods, acquiring a golden color and a rich aromatic profile. On the nose it offers hints of marasca cherry, small berries, chocolate and vanilla; on the palate it is soft, enveloping, harmonious and persistent. Alcohol content: 40% vol. Pairings: ideal to enjoy neat at the end of a meal as a digestif, it pairs well with dry pastries, dark chocolate, dried fruit desserts and aged cheeses. Also excellent for sipping, to appreciate its complexity and long aromatic finish.
