Tavolara Island

Tall, vertical, mysterious: Tavolara is a limestone giant rising 565 meters above the Gallura sea, facing Olbia. Kingdom of a small king – descendant of the Bertoleoni family – until the early 1900s, today it's a protected marine area and home to one of Europe's rarest wild goats. Crowning the package, the 75 cl Spumante Pinot Chardonnay Brut from Cantina Mancini in Olbia: a Charmat method with fine bubbles, perfect for toasts and seafood pairings. It closes elegantly with the 40×65 cm Pavoncelle Sardinian cloth.
