Tall, vertical, mysterious: Tavolara is a limestone giant rising 565 meters above the Gallura sea, facing Olbia. Kingdom of a small king – descendant of the Bertoleoni family – until the early 1900s, today it's a protected marine area and home to one of Europe's rarest wild goats. The Tavolara Island basket lives up to this majesty: sixteen items in a large basket, a grand family gift.

The light wicker basket 65×40×13 cm is a stunning presentation, designed to be the centerpiece on delivery day and then reused at home. Inside, sixteen specialties that make up one of the richest and most balanced baskets in the collection. It starts with the 500 g artisan panettone from Forneria di Pula, accompanied by a substantial savory chapter: the 200 g vacuum-packed salami from Salumificio Monte Linas in Villacidro and the 180 g jar of pitted olives from Copar in Dolianova are perfect for spontaneous aperitifs.

The 180 g mushrooms in oil from Ayò in Villacidro bring the Sardinian forest to the table: porcini or chanterelles gathered in the Villacidro scrubland, prepared according to traditional recipe with olive oil, garlic and herbs. The 250 g boxed pane carasau from Murru & Lai in Lula and the 500 g eliche pasta from Pastificio Brundu in Torralba represent the two pillars of everyday Sardinian cuisine.

The sweet section is incredibly rich: 120 g myrtle candies, 150 g mixed croccantini from Torronificio Tore, 200 g Savoiardi Riccioli from Franca Curreli in Gavoi, three chocolate-covered nougats (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds) from Torronificio Tore and the 25 g aranzada from Orgosolo by Dulhes – a true showcase of Sardinian confectionery. Crowning the package, the 75 cl Spumante Pinot Chardonnay Brut from Cantina Mancini in Olbia: a Charmat method with fine bubbles, perfect for toasts and seafood pairings. It closes elegantly with the 40×65 cm Pavoncelle Sardinian cloth.
