Budelli Island

The 500 g boccoli pasta from Pastificio Brundu of Torralba is designed for a Christmas first course with a white ragù or sausage sauce.

To crown it all, a bottle of 75 cl Cannonau di Sardegna DOC red wine from Cantina Mancini of Olbia: the symbolic grape of the Island, here presented as a warm, spicy red, with notes of ripe red fruit and Mediterranean scrub – the ideal companion for cured meats, cheeses, and roasts. A 40×65 cm Sardinian cloth "Pavoncelle" seals the package with its auspicious design.
